Cindy Carradine is a Managing Director in the Litigation Consulting practice of HSSK. Cindy is a testifying expert focusing her practice on analysis of economic damages, financial forensics and litigation consulting. She assists attorneys, corporations and individuals by investigating and analyzing accounting issues, providing commercial damage analyses, performing financial forensic and fraud investigations, and assessing the financial issues surrounding complex transactions.

Cindy is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience, is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Her experience spans a broad range of industries and matters, including extensive experience in the oil and gas/energy industry (upstream, midstream, and downstream), intellectual property infringement, manufacturing, airlines, internet, healthcare, financial services, real estate, construction, and professional service firms. Cindy's advisory experience includes pre-transaction and post-transaction consulting (buy-side and sell-side), due diligence, strategic planning, and business process improvement.

Prior to joining HSSK, Cindy provided litigation consulting, forensic accounting, and business consulting services through her own firm. Cindy was previously an audit partner with KPMG Peat Marwick (now known as KPMG LLP) specializing in audits of private and public companies with both domestic and international operations, primarily in the oil and gas industry. She authored oil and gas accounting courses and instructed those and other courses in KPMG offices domestically and internationally. After leaving KPMG, Cindy was the Chief Financial Officer of a start-up internet service provider (ISP). In that role she raised start-up capital to fund equipment and infrastructure, positioning the ISP to rapidly increase its subscriber base and become an active acquisition target on the cusp of the dot-com bubble.

Civic Involvement
Cindy serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate through CASA of Collin County. She is a former director and officer of the Dallas Women's Foundation (DWF) and served on DFW's Audit Committee after completion of two terms on its board. Cindy is a former officer and director of Girl's Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas and is a former board member of the St. Mark's School of Texas Parents' Association. Cindy has been a ringer with the St. Andrew United Methodist Church's "Bells of St. Andrew," bell choir for over 20 years.
